They are called The Magnificent Bastards and they're standing Proud and Tall.

When trouble comes they'll send them in, because they have always answered the call.

They fight for their Nation, you and I, and they won't stop until the job is done.

They're Strong and Proud, determined to the end, they are our fathers, brothers and sons.

They are called The Magnificent Bastards with their Honor, Crosses and Stars.

They have defended this Nation, it's freedoms and rights with their blood in lands afar.

Chu Lai, The Rockpile, Dai Do and Con Thien, to name a few of the battlefields 

from the list that never ends.

And when the final bugle called and company formed in, it was the only time for feeling good -

Vietnam had come to an end.

They are called The Magnificent Bastards and they're standing Proud and Tall

This Country owes them a debt of gratitude and we should start by remembering them ALL!
